Some of the services available to you but not all are:
Monitoring and condition assessments – Performed every time a Nurse comes into your home and periodically as prescribed.
Administering medication or help with schedule – Making sure prescriptions are working as planned with no side effects.
Performing Doctor ordered activities – For example listening to lung sounds and assess them for build-up of fluid. This monitoring can identify early onset of pneumonia or flu and facilitate prompt treatment. All information is quickly communicated back to your doctor.
Serving of meals – Skilled nurses are able to ensure the proper nutritional protocols are followed when necessary. Beyond diet this is an act of kindness and relief from requiring others to help with food.
General housekeeping, laundry and hygiene – Your family needs rest too. Our skilled nurses can take on these duties during their time at your home and lift this burden from others.
Transportation and other – According to your doctor’s prescribed level of care we can help you accomplish many other items that your illness may prevent you from doing.
